Please fill in any information that is missing or is incorrect.
Apart from the above team , the whole class will be a part of the project. We will put up all the documentation, details of tasks completed etc on the blog. Feel free to post any suggestions, feedback etc.
Suyog, Please also identify who are the Stakeholders of this project, get their consent and add them to this list or create a separate list. Stakeholder is any one who stands to benefit from the project or is likely to get affected with it. I suppose the people who will get affected are Dean Faculty, Students Representative, College Management Representative, ERP teaching staff etc. Your Project Team should also include part time team members like Pradeep Kulkarni as Project Coach, Chetan Kumar as Technical expert (you may like to also consider some IT department faculty as part time expert team member, Snehal (PRO) as end-User representative. Director or Deputy Director will need to accept the responsibility as the project sponsor. What I given here is just a suggestion. You as a team discuss this point of who all should be invited as part time team members and extend appropriate invitations to these stakeholders, experts and sponsor and get their acceptance to be part of the team.
ReplyDeleteI am sure the whole team would have been very excited to start this project as it is a big challenge.Looking forward to further details about the project and how the teams perform.
